Heather Locklear ordered to treatment by Judge

Heather Locklear was ordered to complete a residential treatment program or face jail time after she pleaded no contest to multiple charges of battery on first responders at her Southern California home last year.
The former “Melrose Place” star faced five counts of battery on an officer, one count of battery on emergency personnel and two counts of resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer, the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement on Friday.
Locklear was sentenced to 120 days in jail, but she will only serve that sentence if she fails to complete a residential treatment program.
She was also placed on three years summary probation.
Police were called to her Thousand Oaks, California, home in February 2018 in response to an incident between Locklear and her boyfriend, Chris Heisser. She was charged with three counts of misdemeanor battery on a police officer.
Locklear reportedly told told deputies that she would shoot them if they ever came to her house again.
In June 2018, police and EMTs responded to call from a Locklear family member and found her heavily intoxicated, People magazine reported. She battered a deputy and kicked an EMT as he tried to place her on a gurney.
She had been hospitalized earlier for a psychological evaluation after reported threatening to shoot her herself.
